Here at MOTOPLEX we operate on a fixed schedule which allows competitors the ability to plan accordingly.
DRESS CODE:
Proper infield attrie is required and will be in effect upon entry and includes NO OPEN TOED SHOES, NO SLEEVELESS SHIRTS.
GATE OPENING AND PROCEDURES:
All Competitors are required to complete the Waiver form PRIOR to entering the gate area.  Only one Team member will approach the Gatehouse to purchase wrist bands for the team.  If you are paying in advance for a team member not yet at the track then the full name of the individual must be written on the Waiver as well as the Car #.
One other team member may get out of the vehicle to pay for the transponder - a valid Drivers License is required and will be retained as a security deposit.
NOTE:  NO WALK-UP traffic will be processed for wristbands until the initial line-up of Race Cars has depleted with the exception of Officials and Staff.
MOTOPLEX has a policy in affect that prevents the entry through the PIT GATE of all vehicles not directly attached to a competitors race car trailer.
All underage entries must have a guardian signature and in some circumstances the child may be required to wear a HIGH VISIBILITY VEST at all times.
TRANSPONDERS:
MOTOPLEX is an AMB timed track.  All competitors are required to have a working transponder on their race car at ALL times.
Transponders can be rented at the back gate if required.  In addition a downloadable program is offered to those teams that have laptop computers who want to take advantage of live timing and scoring.

NOTE: This is a fixed schedule.  The track will remain closed during all practice sessions.
10:00 am - Competitors gate open
12:00 to 1:30 pm – Practice sessions with duration based on number of classes
1:30 to 2:00 pm – Track gate open for cross traffic
2:00 to 3:30 pm – Practice sessions with duration based on number of classes
4:30 pm – Mandatory Drivers Meetings
6:00 pm - Qualifying
7:00 pm – National Anthem
